The Allies and the Axis are in a race to attain and use the strange, the supernatural, and other oddities that may give their side an edge that could determine the war. Of course, this is all Top Secret. Especially a report from a PBY that spotted the mighty German battleship, Bismarck, once again sailing the Atlantic. Characters provided.
